These Aerial photos taken over Japan have revealed the scale of devastation across dozens of suburbs and tens of thousands of homes and businesses.

My advice: if you live in one of these areas: 1) Move; 2) If you can’t affort to move, work diligently to get the investments necessary to build the back-up generators which can survive a major quake and tidal wave (which the Japanese plants didn’t have) to make sure the cooling processes keep functioning in an emergency; 3) Buy a helicopter and get a pilot’s license for fast escape.
